... has been involved with the local theater community since 2006, where he learned acting and performance skills, alongside technical skills involving prop and costume design. Cody portrays characters such as Captain America, Doctor Doom, Buzz Lightyear, and many others for our company. Along with his acting talent, he also specializes in Henna Tattoos, and can bring this beautiful art form to any party or event

...is a Bachelors of Fine Art and Art History double major at Florida State University with an emphasis in oil painting. This wonderful face painter and performer is known for applying her fine arts background to her face painting designs. Dani is a versatile performer who is well suited for a variety of character work but some of her all-time favorites are Daisy the Clown, Tink, Jasmine, Batgirl and Spidergirl. In the past Dani ran a nursery program for a church and today she finds that face painting is a fun and unique way to combine her love of children and her passion for the fine arts.

...is a student at Florida State University currently working on a double major in philosophy and industrial design. Although not an art major, Debra has been painting and sculpting for years, a talent she applies to her face-painting as well as her balloon art. Before coming to Tallahassee Debra cares about her community and has led or been involved in projects such as Legacy Mentoring, Life-Sized Candy Land and a dance marathon for Multiple Sclerosis. Usually you will see her as Starcake the Clown, but she has also appeared as Captain Charlotte the Pirate and Supergirl. She is a versatile performer that has been with BJ’s Party House for a year and a half.

Mike is a bright and creative entertainer, with great sleight of hand skills including disappearing objects, sponge ball tricks, rope tricks, card tricks, coin tricks, mentalist tricks, simple levitation and Houdini Escapism.

Fearless enjoys doing walk around performances and Houdini magic for adult venues and stage performances for children's events. Mike has a 2nd degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and teaches this art form as a profession. Mike is also a character actor and applies his black belt skills to the portrayal of his super heroes’ personas! No other actor can bring the skills of a black belt to the stage like Mike, and this capability coupled with his undeniable affinity for children makes Fearless a class act, who is always in great demand.

...is an extremely talented face painter and artist of all genres. Hanna has worked with us over the last 8 years. She is an inspiring, talented young lady with expertise in face and body art, pregnant belly painting, hair with flair, airbrush and glitter tattoos, and special FX make-up. Hannah is also a licensed cosmetologist at Haute Headz Salon. She has been attending the International Face and Body Art Convention since 2004 where she met one of the world’s leading face and body art make-up manufacturers.

Hannah had the opportunity to travel with Wolfe Face Art & FX to hair and make-up tradeshows all over the world. She's been to Montreal, Toronto, LA, Vegas, St. Louis, Houston, Orlando, Miami and Hong Kong, demonstrating and teaching how to use their products. We are happy to say she is now back with us and better than ever. She can provide a wide variety of transformational work for her clients for parties, kids nights, birthdays or whatever your private event might be.

...came to Florida from Colombia a few years ago and is currently working towards a double major in theoretical math and computer science at Florida State University. Juan has been working with the company for a year and a half, and he specializes in amazing balloon art.

Juan is also one of the few bilingual performers (English and Spanish) in this company. This bilingual capability makes Juan a much sought after artist, so book him early. You will most often seen Juan as Stretch the Clown and Juan the Prince, but if you’re lucky you might catch him as The Man in the Yellow Hat and many other roles.

...is our company’s Face Painting International Trainer. She is the master instructor for our face-painting and body art workshops. Julie has been face painting since she was ten years old with her mom, BJ the Clown. At the age of ten and up- Rosie was painting children’s faces professionally at Ryan’s Steak House, Downtown Getdowns, and for private parties. Julie is also a certified pre-school instructor and professional dance teacher for children, who has fifteen years of experience performing for and with children.

Julie was raised in the performance art spotlight and continues to develop the work of her family’s business.Julie’s art has been exhibited at the Masters Level of Face and Body Art International Competition where she will be an instructor this year, and she specializes in Special FX and gestational baby belly art for expectant moms.

Kerita works with children in the educational setting every day, and loves portraying fairy tale characters for kids in her free time, as well as offering the services of Hair with Flair and Glitter Tattoo art, two things every Princess should be well versed in!

...is a recent graduate of Florida State University, earning a BA degree in Studio Art, so this is the right place for her! She is an apprentice face painter, but is currently doing Glitter Tattoos and Hair with Flair. Kirsten is also a natural performer and is always singing wherever she goes! She was a member of an all-female a cappella group at FSU, the AcaBelles, and has been involved in many musical theatre productions as well. Kirsten has been a princess since she was a little girl, and loves every minute of it!

... received her Bachelors in Studio Art from Florida State University and is currently seeking her Masters in Art Therapy. She has spent several summers abroad in Europe experiencing much of the fine art from her undergraduate textbooks in person. In the studio Lindsey’s medium of choice is ceramics, but under the alias of Polkadot, she is a face and body-painting machine! When not in school or painting faces, Lindsey is a preschool teacher and Pyramid Inc. volunteer. Other characters portrayed by Lindsey include Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, the Snow Queen, Barbie, Spidergirl, Batgirl, Padme, and more!

...is a graduating senior at FSU, and has graduated from John Casablanca's School of Modeling and Acting. She currently does henna tattoos for the company, using traditional designs and contemporary ones to create whatever the customer wants. Melanie also does Glitter Tattoos as Miss Moonbeam the Clown, and often plays many characters such as princesses, gypsies, and superheroes.

She is also a professional choreographer and has been dancing since she was four, learning all kinds of dance: jazz, lyrical, modern, hip-hop, Irish-Step Dance, and ballet. Melanie loves interacting with groups of all ages, and enjoys taking on any role!

...the quick sketch artist will rock your world with his perceptive and original caricature work! Mike is adept at his craft and is able to combine up to three subjects into his frame-able black and white or color portraiture.

Mike is also an accomplished musician, and you will often find him performing with his band at a church function, on a Sunday afternoon.

...is a one of a kind artist. A former Disney Quick Sketch Artist, his talent is undeniable! Incredible Neil produces beautiful color 11x14 chalk drawings of his clients (in character or portrait genres). Neil is also a perceptive and outstanding oil artist (of 30 years) and has his own studio in Monticello, Florida. All art work is available for sale. Bookings for oil paintings for family, location, and for pets are also available. He has been with BJ’s Party House now for 15 years.

One of Neil’s first commissioned works with BJ’s Party House was cartooning the entire cottage at Lake Ella in 1990. Neil has been featured in the Tallahassee Democrat for his outstanding Cartoon Character work that spans 25 years. Neil also creates professional hand painted signage for local area businesses that have style and personality.

     The Tallahassee American Legion is one of many of his clients in our area. Neil has provided cartoon illustrations for numerous children’s books as well.

     Robert is a young college student who is fantastic with young people. In the summers Robert works full time with at risk kids in a rural camp setting.
You can see Robert on his stilts at every Tallahassee Down Town Get Down, entertaining the masses and watching out for the safety of children from an eagle’s eye vantage point. Robert is a gifted, polite, and dedicated up-and-coming artist and a great asset for all events! Robert has been working with our company now for the past three years and we are proud to have him as part of our troupe!
